Bring My 3900 Back to Life!!

Hello All, I have searched over the site got yes, maybe and no's on the the 3900 IRD with the Atmega 128 working, can someone point me in the right direction? I understand the importance of using search, been out of the loop for a while and and want to get back!

Not to sound rude, but nothing works the way we used to know. N3 sc***d it up. The only way to use your atmega is by modding it to work with a server, or use your ird with a slinger , or some other kind of cardshare. To go that way you need to have the 102 image of your ird, unless it was modded to public.

Thanks clearwater2006, Not rude at all!! I understand.. just behind on some of the terminology today, reminds me of my military days with all the exciting acronyms!! the "server" being a stand alone PC? I use to do emulation years ago from a basic 486 processor with dual serial ports.. well, its not relevant now!! but I can find all the necessary information within the DDSTESTER site? any friendly advice will help.. The last time I had this system up, I had flashed the TSOP and started working with N2 just to bring you up on where I was.
