There maybe dust build up on the fan blades. CPU fans often get noisy when they get dirty. If this doesn't help, you could try replacing the fan with a quieter one. U R welcome. slekkala 05-07-2008, 08:28 PM I got to say the guys could have done a better job on the fan.. it does seem to have few decibles come out of it..mine is a brand new unit - all i use so far is the DVD on it.. Does hanybody know how to setup powersave or standby on this? redcentinela 06-25-2008, 11:48 AM It is a silent unit, the motherboard has a quiet fan feature. You have to stick your ear very close to the unit to hear the fan |
