I've just purchased CNX Mini and I'm trying to make it work with DishNet / ***.

I uploaded factory bin + latest bin + patch from cnxfiles.com but it still shows 'SCRAMBLE' on all channels... What am I doing wrong?

Here is what I did:

1) Using CNX Project application, downloaded from cnxfiles.com Factory bin (MIN_Factory_6.01.UNO) + latest bin (MIN_3.05.UNO) + patch (0820_2302.EXX)

2) According to their 'how to', uploaded factory bin in 'Bootloader upgrade' mode. Next uploaded MIN_3.05.UNO in 'S/W upgrade' mode. Next uploaded patch 0820_2302.EXX.

Now the questions are:

Did I do right things?
What else needs to be done?
Do I need to enter KEYS manually?
Do I have to have autoroll ON or OFF?
Which mode should be used when uploading 'Factory bin' and/or 'Latest bin update'. I'm concerned because there is some confusion here - CNX Projects's manual said to use 'Bootloader upgrade' for factory bin, but other available manuals for CNX said to use 'S/W upgrade' mode...

Ok first thing is we don't mention the northern satellite provider here see forum rule 6,,so please just edit that like i did when i quoted you.:yes:

Now you are using older files and thats your problem here. CNX released new file early today.

So download and load the new Factory bin 6.02 load as SW upgrade.

Now download the new bin 3.09 and load as a SW upgrade.

Adjust your settings and scan your birds and you should be good to go.

Your welcome. :)

The new bin has working AutoRoll, so it will change the keys for you automatically.
And yes you have to have AutoRoll set to ON.

Once you load up the new bin file it will only take a few minutes for the keys to roll and your video will come on.
