Ok guys I was just hangin around on another site and ran into this bit of info on the armulator cards. I don't know how true it is but I think it would affect some peoples decision on buying one so here is a C&P of what I found.Armulator Warning

I am looking the site where Arm Team is selling the original armulator.
I was asking for these armulator boards and people recommend tronic guru and rom102rom103 or something like that for $100.

From what I know they are not making those boards anymore so you would have to find one that was built on or before April 1st 2007. Again this is from another site and I do have one from tronics guru that works but It would suck if it becomes useless. The reason I posted this is for a fair warning so if you do decidee to buy one of these cards that decision is totally yours.

I do not think you would be able to build one since they are going to check for a valid serial number in the software. If you build one it would not be one of there valid serial numbers so it would not work.

You have to have the original armulator bootstrap on the chip in order to use the firmware. Building it yourself would not work.
This thread should be moved to the rumors forum until it is confirmed as legit. Sounds more like a dealer having problems selling their enigma card or something.

Really for me has nonsense not sell them anymore if the board is working right now.
If they took this action maybe the stop the support also for this board.:wacko:

They don't have a support site anymore but alot of people that make up the software hang out at cardcoders.

As most know that I don't talk on boards much and this will be my only statement on this issue. I am making this statement because amd said it would be better coming from me then me relaying.

1. Armulators are ordered directly from the manufacture.
2. This post was made back in April I believe about arms being stolen from someone and its now September. Someone just reposted it.
3. I just looked on my site for the date added into the store.
I have been selling armulators since Date Added: 02/24/2007 which is way before April which is like over 7 months ago.
4. It is all bulls**t. Who is the arm team ? Does anyone know the arm team? Some people state they do or do they just think they do? Where is the arm manufacturer ? Does anyone know ? Does anyone know where this claim has originated? Does the person that made this claim have anything to do with the manufacture?
Again all bulls**t. I will not make a note on this subject again. If you want one get one. If you don't do not get one. Oh and by the way Where Else Are You Going To Get An Armulator At Where Your Not Gambling On Not Receiving It And Getting Nothing.

Ok guys here is the newest update. I just talked directly to the manufacture of the armulator and he said that he was going to get to the bottom of this whole thing and get back to me. I also asked him if they are still producing the arm and he said no and they don't intend to start production again. He also told me that they do not make the software for these and they don't know who has been releasing the software and it must be some private person. In this retrospect I would not buy one of these cards since support is going to be nonexistant before you know it. The only way this card is gonna live is if the hardcore coders get involved and keep up on the support. The bad news is that futre people will not be able to get the arm since production stopped so support will be for existing units and thats all. I tried to get the schematic from him so I could get a team together and keep up production on the board but he would just not let them go.

This post was really for the people who bought or are thinking of buying one. I myself like to test with several devices such as dvb pci, dish ird's and FTA and that is why they call it testing. You cant tell me that the emus never go down because they do and there is no such thing as free tv.

I know who is supporting and will continue to support the arm......I would not buy a new one right now , but in the near future they will be available and supported.....Can't tell ya who but trust me.You will be informed when the time comes.....C:beer:

Next the Armulator will continue to be manufactured but in a different color other then gold

Next the so called stolen arms that have not been paid for by the low life roach dealers whom did not pay their supplier for the Gold color product that they are selling now, will not be supported by the Arm team because they have been classified as stolen product !

Next any other arms that do not fall in to the above mentioned stolen category will be supported up to Sept 1

Next any new Armulators that are made there after in a different color will be supported !

Next All new Official O.E.M. Different color Armulators at this time are completely sold out of stock as of this posting !

Next there will be a very few select people that you will only be able to purchase the new Official O.E.M. new color Armulator from !

First Off I am only posting what I heard. Second I had a pm responding to this post from someone named arm arm that said he was the manufature and what he told me was what I posted. I did not mean to step on any toes but I am just relaying what I was told. I think the armulator is an awsome product and have been hearing crap from everyone. There is no need to bash me with your shit when I am just trying to find out the truth. How about you go take your armulator and shove it up your ass and go back underground. I have been here for a long time and consider this place home so take your bashing bullshit back to where you come from. You could have been cool and just posted the truth or sent me a pm instead of being a jackass.

wow, This is pretty much th first I have heard about all this. I actually do have a agold card that I bought mid last year before the team got busted. They actually got busted when I went to buy a second one. I have always supported the armulator and actually expected it to be the way of the future. Definitly a great piece of technology. I'm just curious however, why myself and others who supported this product from the begining will be penalized for not having the right colour of card (in reference to "Next any other arms that do not fall in to the above mentioned stolen category will be supported up to Sept 1

I really enjoy the benifits of this card and I think it is unfair to be catagorized. Part of the reason for having this card is the ability to test bins without worry and so on. This card in unloopable. Hope the people responsible reconsider and or at least let the honest buyers swap for the new realese.
