I'm having trouble loading or even seeing any files on my thumbdrive when I put it in the HD9000. Has anyone come up with this problem? It will detect the thumbdrive but it is blank on the menu list. Help!!

if you can tell me what kind of operating system you have on your PC i might be able to help. (xp- vista- 98-etc

make sure you have the factory bin installed also

i have had that problem with other neusat stbs seem if you reboot it from the back switch it will eventually see it it may take several trys be patient it should work.:beer:

Make sure your Thumbdrive is "FAT "Formatted !
