I just sold both of my pci sat cards *a nexus-s and a twinhan 1027*. on ebay, Neithier worked well with my Dish pro lnb's even with a 301 for extra power.

So this weekend I am planning on purchasing a coolsat 7000. Before I do this can anyone tell me if the 7000 supports Dish pro correctly? I'll go with the 6000 if there are any issues but would really like to keep my pvr functions if at all possible.

I am currently only looking at 119 & 110 no external switch.

I've read where it doesn't play nice with the dp34 switch

Thanks in advance!

Yes it will. I'm running a twin DP Pro and no problems.
That 7000 will auto detect what LNB you have and set it self up. It's fu#king great:)

Very cool. Thank You so much.

This is actually working out amazingly well. I got $193.00 out of my nexus-s and twinhan 1027 on ebay and the coolsat is $189.00 with free shippng. Figure the extra $4.43 will get taken as charges from both ebay and paypal so it works out perfectly.

yea it works great. i got dish500 and another smaller dish hooked to DP34 and it's ok. the only drawback here is that with DP34 switch you gotta have at least 2 ird connected to that switch, otherwise there will not be enough power for it.
