okay i get the dishnetwork full guide not just 101
i do not have a dishnet card
i program my atmega with jeepers it says it writes
i read it to verify it confirmes

my problem is when i put it in my ird it says "smard card not inserted properly"
has anyone seen this before , could you help me out please

buy the way this is a brand new ird and have never watched tv on it yet.

Sometimes on the 2700 the Xtal on the Atmega board sticks out and prevents it from going in all the way.

make sure all info in jeepers is correct then just click full monty after that put ird on channel 101 turn off by remote, you need to take the firware update.. you did mention it was a new reciever, so this has to be done..
