Please help me if you can.
I extracted and opened FTLink and chose Com1, then loaded the new bin (Digiwave_DG7000FTA_H070619_p264d6 )
it worked for the first part, ( Read User Data and Update Software,) when it showed GOOD I turned it off in the back for 10 seconds, I then opened FtLink again and chose Com1 to Write Factory Data , it would not connect. It kept saying Connection Failed. The bar that connects shows green halfway and the looks frozen, it will not move. I loaded bins before and it worked fine everytime except this time. I also tried Com2 and it would not connect. It is not my computer because I tried it on my friends and FTlink was the same. What am I doing wrong. The receiver is about 2 years old. :sad: Thanks for your help.
