Bware..I have tried firmware 68 in a 301-010 and a 301-013 and get the same thing in both............

It rolls the keys, but the remote response is flakey amd sometimes it will freeze up. The blue and red light are flashing pretty regularly and it seems like a 10 second delay after they flash where the rmote will not respond.

So it seems like there is a bug that needs to be fixed. What about you guys?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I am getting blocked out channels and the menu seems to freeze after a few seconds after turning the receiver on.

I am using a DishNet 4900 receiver.

Any suggestions?

You must use firmware 68c, not firmware 68, it was stated that you use the newer release as the 68 firmware has problems that you have stated, so just change the firmware to the newer, and you should be ok to go, Also it will help to do some reading on the matter.:beer:

I used 68c but get the same results...stations are in red, asked to pay for PPV and the guide locks up.

Do I have to program it differently than in the past? Using Armulator edit with these steps:

1 -> Update Firmware (am19xemu_0_68c.ebin)
2 -> Write Rom to Arm (102FullRom.bin)
3 -> Write Eeprom from File (mo1-arm-2-6-07.bin for D*shNet)

Thanx

check your tier dates with your 102 image, that may be why you are seeing red.

how can I get updated tier dates for the 102 image? Is there a new file I can download somewhere?

You must use mr-tierworks or any tier generator to update the tiers on your bin. You will need to clean off your old tiers and use the proggy to add the new ones. you can also use the proggy to setup your expire date.
