Thanks The .rar file is compressed to maximize saving space on a HD, the .stb file is within the .rar file, you need a program called "WinRAR" to unzip most files now a days, just think of it as a very very good WinZIP, only with ability to compress more, and compress more files, so its a good idea for you to download it, google it and you should'nt have much trouble finding it. It doesn't matter if they are 1/2 hour shows or full movies, only 2 shows per channel will list. Twice a channel guide works for a few days, but it doesn't seem to be anything I'm doing.
