I need some help... I can only save 1 program when using the time record function in the Duo. When I want to record another program 2 for example, the timed recording that I am inputing does not save and dissappears. Samething for Program 3 and so on. Only 1 program works. I can not setup multiple programs for recording. It seems that it is a bug in this current release.

Try a factory default then load the factory bin 1.80 then the 1.35
A new bin should be out very soon and its a great improvement over 1.35 ....it just keeps getting better

I did a factory refresh and loaded the 1.80 factory bin twice. Then I loaded 1.35 and still have the same problem. If anyone can try this on their Duo or Trio unit and see if they are experiencing the same problem.

OK. Load the 1.37 bin. you have already loaded the 1.80, so there will be no need to do it again.
Also, what kind of hard drive are you using, and how much free space does it have?

What is (are) the difference(s) between the factory bin 1.80 and the bin 1.37? Where can I get the factory bin 1.80. On the Conaxsat website, I get file not found.

1.80 is in post number 1, and 1.37 is in post number 2 in the above link. Read the release notes and you will see what is different. It is suggested to load 1.80 first if you have not done so already.

Thanks. Got the files. But release notes? Also is the factory bin loaded the same way as the other?

Yes. Load the factory bin the same as any other. The release notes will be in post number 2 for the 1.37 bin.
If you do a factory default, you will have to redo the antenna settings and rescan.

It was too obvious! I was looking for notes on the factory 1.80. So the 1.80 will be replaced by the 1.37 after both reflash? I never did a factory bin flash, is it really needed? Thanks.

No. No. Let me explain again.
It is a good idea to update the factory bin to 1.80. Load this bin one time, Then load the 1.37 bin. The 1.37 bin must be loaded last.
Load 1.80, then 1.37. I know the numbers are confusing, but they will change them at a later time.

Once we are done testing the beta bins and things are running nicely the bins will be renumbered with the "Official" Bin release and will start with a number greater than the Factory Bin.....to avoid confusion....
