Just purchased the Duo last week and have been having a few problems. I have a Sonciview 4000 and have had no problems with that unit.

I have set the unit up and put on the 1.35 file. I scanned all sats that I have and majrity of the channels are there that I can notice. Now I'll check certain channels and they will be working, I come home a couple of hours later and now that channel no longer works. The strength meter is grey and the quality meter is basically 0. Now this happened for the past couple of days with the same channels. I had the SV-400 on this TV prior to getting the Duo, I moved the 4000 to another room and its working fine.

Any ideas?

If you would, post All of your settings for each sat that you have in channel search.
Either a setting is wrong or something is starting to fail.

Go to the site listed above and download/install the latest factory bin. I think it is 1.80. Then load the 1.35 bin TWICE. Please post results.

Thanks for the help, ended up adding a 4x4 and 4x4 switches into my setup and everything is working great.
