My rewind feature (<<) does not work only the (|<) works. Is this a software problem? Or can you not rewind on the internal memorey?


Also does the Cool sat 7000 have a page up/down feature under the guide like the coolsat 6000? I hate going through channels 1 by 1

my rewind button doesn't work either but you can go back 15 seconds at a time with the volume buttons.

Also to go page up and down use the rewind and fast forward buttons.

My friends doesn't rewind as well we can only jump to the beginning. Does anyone have a solution or reason why it wont work?
