my cooltec multistar reboots itself every 10 min or so. someone told me to
reset factory default, upload factory bin, then flash with latest bin. i wonder which factory file should i upload because its a clone. we cannot upload coolsat 4000 factory file. anyway anyone has any solution please let me know. thanks

My 5 button Cooltec is based on the Coolsat4000Pro and I use the original CS4000Pro factory bin in it with out any problems.

I put my trust in this persons listing and loaded what he had to offer and all was good to go.

Or maybe they all used this bin.
They didn't make any distinction,3 or 5 button at that site.

One thing I do notice,is that Norw group makes only one bin for the Coolsat 4000,not regular or Pro version.:D

Good point on the bin Merc, the only difference I remember is that one used a null cable for upgrade and the other used a straight thru...

change ur bin file back to 1.41! there was a lot of technical issues w/ bin 1.43 thats why there was an a, b, anc c version released. besides this file currently is not always rolling and is a basic all around pain anyway. i went back to the older file and since i last posted, i have not had one single problem.
