Hello,
Has anyone had this problem? I tried editing channels by going into the menu in the channel master area. I could edit some of channels names but others wouldn't edit. Aim I doing something wrong? Any help will be appreciated.

I just changed few channels with no problem. What channels cant you change? If you let me know, I'll try here and let you know..

One thing I noticed tho... when I exited from menu after changing channel names, all the epg were gone... why?? if I delet channels, tps, or sat, then I would understand... anyways.. did this happened to you too? or just me?

Hey Playermack,

Now I changed channel 232 and 246 with no problem. However, my epg was all gone again when I came back to TV.. weird..
Anyhow, what I did was from Channel master, change the name as you wish from the pop up window and press exit. Ok will be highligted. Then hit OK and press exit. Message Box pops up asking save changed data? and hit OK. It saids please wait while saving data, then back to menu. I checked from channel list and it has been saved.

Does this sound similar to you?

Please note that when you edit a channel, you loose the guide. They are working on this problem. El

Yes, that's what I meant.. I hit ok in the message box and when I get out from the channel manager, I hit exit and another message box pops up to ask if I want to save changes...

I have trio, but from what i saw i think there are no differences b/t trio and duo on stb side.

PS. renaming channels doesn't erage my epg anymore w/ 1.32. cool
