how can i get my program guide on my coolsat 7000 to update ?

Is it all setup on 119/110 ? Your watching tv ?

I have the same problem. If I set it on a certain sat on the epg channel, it populates nicely. But then I switch it to 110/119 to populate it and I lose the first one. How can I populate both sats (110/119 and the other one) at the same time and keep them populated. How does the whole adding channels to your favorites work?

press the epg button then press the blue button. it should start downloading. it takes about 15 minutes. hope this helps

yes i have the set up on those sats but ive pushed the blue buton and it up dated most channels but a there are several channels theat still say no information ?

but what about when i switch to another sat. I then lose the 110/119 guide. How do I keep both at the same time?
