I think you are out of luck unless there is a cooltec depot somewhere that you can get a replacement.

go to fleabay look for coolsat remote it ill work i tested works great

i bought one on ebay for 4.99 plus shipping. go to ebay and type in cooltec remote or coolsat clone remote. now i have a spare just in case and it works great.

check this ouy i went to my local walmart and purchased a sony brand universal and boom got a brand new koolsat fully functioal remote the remote part number is rml-vl600 it cost about 40.00 us but it works like a champ
