Hey guys help me out. I have a cs4000 and just got my new cs8000 and Im missing channels like ppv and hbo.. I scaned with the auto and manual can't seem to find them. Do I need soft cam patch. I was getting them with cs4.

reset ur cools(factory) ,download original file for coolsat 8000 .download new file for 8000 (143).do auto scan for 110,119.u will get it back

that didnt work. not sure what (143) is,, Im running 11.16.3f file that I got from another site. This is the only file that I could get a picture with.
