What programs to Install
1) vbrun60sp5.exe
2) winvu!2007
3) ird2pc
-In winvu!2007, hit your Caps Lock (located on keyboard), convert your IRD number and Cam to Hex (use windows calculator in windows and set view to scientific).
Here's a quick note about the Hex conversion
Load up the calculator in Windows. Click "View" and change to "Scientific"
If the IRD number is R00-1234-1234-XX, put the number 12341234 in the calculator. Then, click the HEX button to convert the number to HEX
In the excample above, 12341234 is BC4FF2, therefore, you would enter 00BC4FF2 as your IRD number. You may need to add 1 or 2 zeros to the start of your HEX number so that it is 8 digits long.
Repeat for Smartcard using S04-1234-1234-XX, enter 412341234 in the the calculator and then click HEX to get the HEX number. (don't use that smartcard number, it's just an example).
-Enter Boxkey
-Set Zp-Tx-SID (90210-AST-0101)
-select COM 1 and set speed to: 115200
-click on: auto-roll and ird2pc (make sure they are check marked)
-Set Windows Control Panel
-System>Device manager>(COM&LPT) in the sub menu select (COM 1) and click twice>Port settings>(starting from the top)115200-8-NONE-1-NONE, if these settings are not good enough play around with the [Advance]
