Hello:

I have a question regarding loading the original factory default software "h600c146 - 11.13.8A.sgn" file on a Coolsat 8000HD, after having a more current version loaded on the receiver? When trying to do this I get a message on the computer screen that reads, file error "Software Version is Lower" and on the TV screen it says loading software "Download Fail" STi7100 Loader Ver 1.09

Has anyone had any luck in reverting back to an older factory file like the one mentioned above? The loader only seems to allow you to load more current files and doesn't allow you to go back to the original default file.

Yes that can be done if need be..but you should be ok with the current bin.

How do you do it? I know you are to use the most current factory file and along with the most current program file, but I was just interested in knowing how to do it.
