I am wondering why every time I change sattelites I have to delete and rescan before I get a signal. I have a coolsat 8000 and a winegard dish with a invacom qph-031 LNB. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Once you've scanned two sats on two different diseqc ports without changing the sat number your channel list becomes corrupted and most stations wont work 'till you delete and restart. (sat # is the first field in the dish screen) attica 03-08-2007, 12:10 AM If you're using a diseqc (or any switch) don't forget to change satelite numbers (in addition to diseqc port numbers) when initially setting up each sat.
