:cry: When loading STB upgrade version 1.9.3 file, File SP6010_B_Pre.rar, what does it mean when "Time Error" and "Open Error" appear. What am I doing wrong?

Also, is "Telnet" supposed to be highlighted when you hit "Connect"?

I am using a null modem cable as opposed to a UBS, but I was informed this would not cause a problem. It should still download the same.

The file needs to be unzipped.... winrar or winace will do the job for you... once unzipped the file name will be SP6010_B_Pre.bin... then you will be able to load it to your receiver.... I don't believe telnet should be highlighted but I use the usb thumb drive to load the bin 99.9% of the time it is much easier, faster and more convenient for me at least... just my opinion take it for what it is worth...
