I had a coolsat 5000 and had no problem receiving 119 & 110, but now I have a 8000 HD and I cannot get 110. I have the latest bin + the latest keys. I think I have the dish config wrong because everytime I scan for channels it picks up 119 channels instead of 110. My coolsat 5000 settings were:
Sat: 119 110
LNB Power: on on
LNB Type: ocs-dp ocs-dp
LNG Freq: 11.250 11.250
22KHz: off off
diseqc: 1.0 1.0
committed: 1 2
Legacy SW: off off

for my 8000 HD I have it set to:

Sat: 119 110
Transponter: 12224v 20000 auto 12224v 20000 auto
LNB Power: 13/18V 13/18V
Lnb Type: ocs-dp ocs-dp
22KHz: off off
Switch Type: diseqc diseqc
diseqc: 1 2
Legacy SW: off off

Something must be wrong with the above settings or I am doing something wrong because no matter how many times i scan 110 I never get the right channels. I have no problems with 119 though. Does anyone know what the settings should be or how I can get 110 to work on 8000 HD.

Set your 110 to transponder 12239 20000 auto should show quality then.I also set my LNB to 14/19V

Your settings are correct. Same as mine.
So, I'd look to rebooting the diseqc switch, and if that does not work, I'd replace it.

.. would be to buy an RG6 coupler for $2 (the coupler allows you to connect two cables together in place of the diseqc).

I've had flaky diseqc issues w/ the 8K from day one but that's besides the point --> putting a coupler in place of the Diseqc, connecting just the 110 lnb to the 8K would be the most basic aiming scenario possible.
