i've flashed my laoder befor but now i'm having trouble. I set the pins to 1 and 5 and run KK51 and it keeps saying divice not detected. I've tried restarting my pc and it is the same deal. Those are the right pins to have closed right 1 and 5 to flash and 2 and 5 for hu loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

dbigs...first I would determine if it was a s/w or hardware problem.I tried kk flash and some of them won't flash from win dos and get the same error as you. Since I went to C23 atmel flashes I have had excellent luck flashing. There in the file section...If this dosn't help maybe your hardware is failing....good luck bud

Not all loaders use dip settings 1 and 5 for flashing. What kind of loader do you have?

Flash it in pure dos like satrider says. That'll eliminate the com port issues.

It's very unlikely that the loader goes bad.
