I recently loaded the newest bin. After booting up i get 6553 on the recievers display. Does this mean I have been sold a clone?
I cannot get access to anything, the screen is black. I've seen in some forums that the new bins are scrambling cloned boxes.
I've tried loading the factory bin, previous bins and i get the same 6553. I'm ready to give up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it won't load any of the earlier bins, and you can't access anything, send it back. I haven't yet heard of any Magnum clones, but you never know.
I'd just send it back and assume it's genuine.

Hope you can get some good results, I think you can. These people are being very forthcoming in promoting their powerful , but somewhat buggy box. I bought it for it's potential. If they keep going, it has a big upside.

There are 2 different addresses:
One is for warranty returns within CANADA for Canadian owners,
the other is within USA for USA owners - don't send across border!
