Not 100% but I think the bin is being shared over the net right????? I think we had a discussion on this as not being very safe......
I could be wrong though......
jonny123 01-30-2007, 09:44 AM has anyone bought the neosat ipro 2000, if so, has anyone tried out the new bin for sky mexico???
if so, does it work???
i wanna get it, but ive heard so much bad information, about how this receiver with the bin is not safe and could be dangerous, not reliable...
need info....plz...
has anyone heard of a pace digital satellite decoder??? if so, pm me???
appreciate
DoctorNik 01-30-2007, 10:20 AM my understanding is that the ipro 2000 is just coming out on the market today,, they were taking pre-orders for the past week (at least from all the crap spam emails I got),, so.. really, only the 'testers' can verify it working.
Yes,, it only gets sky mex via IKS (internet key something), so your ird will have to hooked up to a broadband connections to process the key requests (fully tracable to an illegal server btw). Yes, there will be a bin for, but dsstesters is not an official support site for any manufacturer (hence, you get quite a few honest opionions because there is no fear of banning for insultin the host manufacturer).. and I'm sure, people will post them (bins) here just as they post every other bin here.. and there will probably be users and possibly even manu talking heads to help support/promote.
I won't answer about the Pace decoder.. do a search here for Pace.. and read and learn.
(btw, last I heard, they haven't been able to explain the DishNet logo on the video supposedly showing sky mex channels,, but take that for what it's worth)
OH LOOK
there's a bin posted here already....

evilkarr 02-02-2007, 09:48 PM 2007 NEOSAT iPRO 2000 PVR/DVR work for dish???
drunknbass 02-12-2007, 12:23 PM i picked this box up. although it is new and bins arnt feature packed as they will be, i think the box has great potential.
DoctorNik 02-12-2007, 12:50 PM I have great potential..
if I ever decide to get my lazy a$$ outta this chair..
(btw,, that's saying that potential don't mean squat)
drunknbass 02-15-2007, 03:47 PM well comparing it to my pansat 2500 that doesnt have potential cause its too old.
it has usb and ethernet, and can function as a pvr, so i guess it comes down to what kinda software is made for it.
