I have the captiveworks 600s premium. It has the latest bin 1.32, I have it hooked up to SAT 110w right now. I did I blind scan and the receiver only picked up 25 channels. I have a fortec, and a dish 510 pvr, and I know I should be getting a lot more channels off the 110 w SAt. Why would it be only getting like 25 channels? Any info on this would be great.

if I had to take a WAG, I'd say that if you go into your antenna settings, you'll probably find that you've got it misconfigured.

Start with the basics:
1.) Have you selected the correct type lnb?
2.) Do you have the correct lnb and transponder frequencies entered?
3.) Have you selected the correct settings for the 22khz switch and diseq and other lnb types?
4.) Have you chosen the correct satellite to scan?

Start with these, then post your setup and I'm sure you'll get the answers you need!

Good luck and Happy Testing! :p :hat:

Back to lurk mode,

Acebailey,
Do a blind scan and when it asks you if you want to do fta only make sure you do scan all.Yes you can do a channel list but why would you once you do a blind scan and then delete whatever channels you don"t want. You can do whatever you want with this receiver as most fta receivers....Bart53
