I'm trying to load the latest bin, 1.28 on a CW600S using loader 1.04. I followed the steps precisely and when I get the file ready to load, I click start and nothing happens. The start and stop buttons are both gray and the loader doesn't attempt to load. I tried it with every com port and no luck. What am I doing wrong?

Drastically need help.

I've tried everything to try and get it to work but have had no luck. Used a null adapter on an r232 cable, tried a couple of different bins, booted the receiver up with --:-- showing and all I can get the loader to do is give me gray start and stop buttons. I'm so frustrated I don't know what to do. Can someone please help me? Also tried loaders 1.04, 1.05 and 1.06.

The latest Bin for the Premium is the 1.33, the latest loader is the 1.6, but the 1.5 could also be used, Captiveworks require a null modem cable so a straight through with a null modem adaptor would work, make sure that the back power switch is on and the front soft touch power button is off leaving the box in stand by position the try loading the bin

If this is a new box make sure it isnt loaded with the old summer bin software. Some of the ones i have been getting lately need to be updated to the new kround software straight out of the box. If this is what you need let me know and i'll help you out.
