I have a question, I just ordered a Neusat Sp 600 with a DiSEqC Switch etc, and I already have a Disk 500 dish with a legacy twin lnb (lnb model number BS1D1UP201M) and a sw21 switch. I read and searched but could not find a clear answer to "will the sp 6000 work well with this dish and get both 110 and 119 satellites?" If not what do I need to get?

Yes, It will work great. If you only have one receiver to connect, no external switch will be nessesary, you would only need to run one cable from the port 1 or A (not sure what it says) on the lnb to your receiver. In the antenna settings setup diseqc port 1 for 119 and diseqc port 2 for 110, lnb freq 11250, lnb type normal and everything else default or auto. The Legacy twin has a built in switch and both sats are combined into one cable.

Heyyy Bobu....

Are you sure those settings will work for the LEGACY Twin..???? Unless I'm mistaken, they seem to be for a DISHPRO twin...??

I would think that the settings should be more like Switch type - Legacy and 119-Dish1, 110-Dish2

Let me know if I'm off base here..??

it's weird but I've found this receiver works without diseqc switch. not only that, i got it to work with a directv dish.

I have a few different boxes and they are hooked up to legacy twins and its what I use for legacy - it works for me, but maybe not on all boxes?
