My Neusat SP 6000 regular does not see the USB key when I enter it in the slot and nothing happen on the screen. What can I do to correct it ? I am shure that I have many bin registered on my USB key; I tried another Usb Key from a friend and nothing change. Thanks for your help Iam stucked since a month with that problem.

does it work other wise?... you should have gotten a null modem cable with it go to the neusat website and get the factory bin and flash the receiver back to factory settings via the null modem cable to your computer then see if your receiver will see it if not then something is wrong is wrong with the socket in the receiver...
