Hi there,i have a cw600s rec i turn on my receiver only a red light comes on and no display screen.ive tried turn on the back and holding the front power button still only have red light on.what should i do

you will need to flash the factory bin to your receiver, if you hold the front soft touch power button while you cycle the back toggle switch you will force you box to boot mode even though it will not say boot on the front panel as it usually does the link below is to the captiveworks site where you can download the factory bin for your box.
