first of all you will need to check the revsion of the card (bga chip)

if unlockable you will need to unlock it, add tiers and blocker and you'll be good to go ...

Connect your ird to the tv and see when was the last time it connected to dishnetw0rk. if it did its an ex-sub if i didnt then you need to do some reading

I've seen several 322's with the notation of last time connected to dish as UNKNOWN and they were exsub's, some people never connect the phone line.

Short of calling dish and asking, you'll need to pull the chip and unlock it.

I have one rev 380 and other rev 382.

but the rev does not mean anything, if I put it on the stream the IRD will be updated. am I correct.

so is there another way to know the status.
