Hi all this is my first post here. I bought the Ariza xtreme from a guy who dropped it off then never to be heard from agian. I had signal for the 2 days it was up 2 months ago and just waited for him to come give me support. Well yesterday I gave up waiting and with all the info i found here ( and lucky timing, since new codeing were just released) it is up and running, errrr or should i say was. My only question now is I just left the box on to a local channel and went to work, when i came back it was back to the "standby downloading" message... do I need to re-roll? or has the codeing been changed again, so that i need to input manual keys?

what sgn file did you load?, the newest one has autoroll but some problems with the epg

I just got time to up date my extreme. And got it working now it went down like dollar whore on payday Friday.
what the hell... I got new auto roll in, I'm lost now, but then again I've always been a little lost.

Yea i had the 10/23/06 sgn loaded. It was working and the EPG was fine for the most part...only a couple lost info's. It just stopped today around 4:30 pst. Is everyone else on that sgn still up or are we all down lol. This is like a rollercoaster sometimes lol, all i can do is enjoy the ride.

i am running a viewsat ultra and viewsat extreme and ariza 700 as well as a ariza extreme, i will be honest i gave up on the ariza extreme, i will check it and let you know my results, not trying to knock ariza[i started with ariza] but it seems you would have better luck with a ariza 700 or move up to a viewsat[great support]

LoL Yea I'm really getting the feeling that that is the case huh. Seems most folks are happy with Viewsat. I have to admit that this is kinda fun in a sherlock way but, frustrating in a root canal kinda way also haha.

i will tell you what i will do for you, i will sell you a ariza 700 for 50.00, i will ship it for free thats the best offer i can give you, at least you stand a better chance of getting up and running then with the ariza extreme

That may be an option man. Here's what is freaking me out now.... I've been up and running fine for 3 days now, I'm afraid it's going to be one of those bad dreams you wake up out of. LOL you know the ones with the cheesy wah pedal guitar, and the haren things are going really well then...DOH.
I may take you up on that 700. We'll have to converse more on that.

Haha, Just an update, the Extreme is up and rolling along with no problems yet, I did notice a little glitch when the picture started to pixelate and scramble for about 3 minutes then it stopped and all was well.... any ideas on what that might have been?
