Hello everybody. I would like to thank everyone for the help that i found usefull so far on this website.
I have an Ariza 500 box that is currently not working (even though i manually entered the latest keys) while my fiend's pansat 2700, and Ariza 700 are just fine. I was told that i should factory flash my box (with a bin file)and then flash it with the recent executable (*.exe) file (as i did before). I found the factory flash file on ftacentral but i confronted a problem to find the right loader for my box. If someone has any info to share on this loader or any other way to get my box up and running it would be greatly appreciated.

No, the loader is not provided on either the ftacentral or the link you posted.

The link does say that the loader is there, but it is not. There is only a bin file.
