Has anyone been able to get this working ?

Works with rom102 and 103's, plastic and icam (of course).

1. Just open your bin in this proggy
2. Click "Read Current Keys", this reads current keys from your loaded bin.
3. Copy & Paste New keys (it will strip out any spaces between bytes).
4. Click Update

Your bin will be saved as a new filename. If you unlocked your blocker, remember to reapply blocker. I always keep the latest bins with applied blocker saved. It makes it easy to change keys and write back to card without having to apply the blocker patch. I can change keys in about 20sec's with this.

I found key graber key changer on site for 102 , and it works but the first one
says it supports 103's and would rather use something made for 103's vs changing file from 103 to 102 and back

This will get you back up until you get new image.

Copy MSINET.OCX to Windows system folder.

Make sure you're connected to internet.

Start KeyGrabber KeyChanger for Rom102




1. Click file and open image to modify.
2. Click apply keys.
3. Click file and save image.
4. Open n2edit, unlock card and write image with new keys back to card.
5. Read card and it should fail which means card is locked.
6. If card fails read put in IRD and enjoy TV. If card reads image is bad, don't use.
