Anyone have any news on fix for neusat?

yes, I would like the same answer...just got my receiver up and running on the initial set up after trying two months....not the receiver's fault, but more of a lack of good documentation on the unit. The Neusat California sales guy should be selling cars vs. these receivers...most of us could figure out the cars.........he knows nothing about the receiver. .....and tech's don't answer the email and don't take phone calls.

I'm not very versed on loading files....have done the web site one I think right by use of a memory stick through USB ...seemed to go right. Advise if you have any advice here.
