i need a little help some how me receiver got lock out my passcode dosent work. does someone no how to reset receiver back to all zero. thanks for your time

Try "menu" right arrow to Advanced settings , restore factory defaults, pass "1234" . I have 3 different stb's and can't quite remember which code is for which reciever.

TRY THIS OUT RDUNKINS: If you ever get locked out, or forget your password these are the steps to take: Do It QUICKLY when entering #'s.

- Go to Menu
- Move the cursor to Information
- Click OK
- Once inside the information menu, press 3749.
- This will reset the code back to 0000. Thank JD1122
