i need some advice. i cant get the modded loadder to work. it acts as it doesnt read the card . i am usinga a mik n2 modded and trying to uplock a rom 103. what i get is listed below.. i know its something easy but i have been at it 2 hours and cant get it to work

i am in british columbia, where these modded unlockers are not readily available. do any of you know any place in blaine, washington or seattle where one can get this unlocker?. any help will be appreciated.

i ran the unlocker and it finally unlocked the rom 103, now i am getting nag 5 not apporved to view these channels and get red channels in the program guide. back to square one. i am using a 721 wiht a rom 103 and i am close.

Use DT-Tierworks to setup the card,,,Locals,Expire date ect,Tiers And don't forget to use a blocker and remember the password.
