You need to be a little more specific on your question.... megasat is a clone reciever that clones more than one type of legit recievers. Megasat 4000 pro is a coolsat clone.... Read about what ever your reciever clones and see if there is a fix... Then look for a clone safe file for it...My guess is NO there is not nothing out yet for you, unless you want to watch locals....
