There is a new mux on AMC-3. Here are the specs:
frequency 12175 polarity vertical symbol rate 30000
There are a bunch of channels there, they appear to be mirrors of the other PBS stations, with the inclusion of Create TV, which is a PBS station not seen on the other PBS mux's. All of these channels are broadcast with AC-3 audio. You will need at least a 30" dish, linear LNB and ac-3 audio capabilities to watch these channels.

I wish they sent stereo as well :( I got an ac3 decoder on order, but its going to be for the living room, hate buying a $200 stereo just for testing fta in my office. hehe.

Find a Sound Blaster Extigy USB sound card, you can find em on that auction site for around $50. It can be used as a stand alone AC-3 decoder, no computer required ;) It even has minijack outputs so a cheap set of computer speakers can be used.

I got one yesterday for $41 . Hasn't arrived yet, but I'm eager !

no way ! thats friggin awesome, exactly what I need. I just want a way to convert ac3 to stereo so I can listen to it. Im searching ebay now !
