View Full Version : Mikobu N2, not working!
taichi70128 08-21-2006, 05:47 PM Hello, I just bought an unlocker Mikobu N2 from toronto and it seen not working. I flash properly and card not loop, pot at 220ohms, and with any script it say no atr, even with n2edit 2.55 say no atr, nagra master 2.0 say not a valid or no atr...it seen defect from dealer, can anybody can help. Thank you
chuck baker 08-22-2006, 07:56 AM well you need iso to read in n2edit . with nagramaster you need to use unlock to get atr. did you take jumper off after flashing atmel? all things considered it appears your card may be looped. use iso in n2edit and reset atr. if still no atr, card is looped or maybe bad cable. good luck chuck
taichi70128 08-22-2006, 08:51 AM Thank for your help, but still no working, I use iso to read and write bin, I use mikobu to unlock cam, yes i do take jumper off, with all script it say no atr and my card is not loop because I have try with rom 3, 10 , 102, S01 all. is no atr. Thank, I'm looking for repare.
superduperdss 08-22-2006, 09:45 AM are you sure that you are using the right flashes for the right apps? Newd13 for nagramaster, and Newdrs for n2edit?

Make sure you have the card inserted correctly, The card is inserted with the gold pins up or white side of card that has card mumber. Had the same problem when I got mine, I was use to inserting card yellow side up.

canadianjep 01-03-2007, 05:57 PM I have the exact same problem with the Mikobu Pro. 1)It works as an iso ulocker, so you shouldn't need to get one. 2)Once flashed jumper can be on or off it does not matter which 3) of course you put it in the right way, chip up just like all mikobu's 4) Half of the GODDAM THINGS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY!!
I have heard that the Mik Pro's that are working properly are fantastic units.
I am trying to get an exchange for mine:yes:
warren on 01-03-2007, 06:38 PM Look for cold solder joint's or point's that have'nt been soldered at all
Kickin_Back 01-03-2007, 07:15 PM Either you got the card upside down or you using the wrong flash. I got a mikobu 3 that I modded and it works great. But it doesn't hurt to invest in a cheap iso reader, leave the mikobu's to unlocking cards and the iso for reading and programming. Less problems that way in my opinon.

imlost 01-03-2007, 07:30 PM well like it has been said before make sure the card is inserted properly..white side up..if it is..then what scripts are you using that give you the no atr? if you are trying to use n2edit then you will get the no atr everytime..the only other thing i can think of is check your voltage and make sure its right..dont think that will give no atr but still worth checking..
Ftaplaya 01-04-2007, 03:07 AM what rev for the 102 does it tell you in nagraedit?
