I'm trying to figure out what sat i'm on, i've locked into a dishnet signal did a scan and got 270 channels wondering if i'm on 110 or 119 ? is there anyway i can tell the difference between both satellites cause in the setup the signal is the same on both 110 and 119. thanks for any help, first time i've used a coolsat 6000.

Try using your info button.:beer:

Are you using a single or dual lnb..or a dish pro 500 setup perhaps?
If your not using a dishpro or dual lnb then your only going to get one bird
If your getting channels it will show you 110 or 119 when you hit the info buttom on a channel.
If your only getting one bird or have the capacity to get one bird....then 119 gets you more channels and more ppv channels I think.

While you're in the dish settings menu you should see in the upper right corner which sat you're picking up.

i'm using a dual lnb.. have the main lnb locked on. the second lnb has no signal. also when i press the info button it says "no information available" - i do get dn preview channels though..
