I tried all known bins for orasat 5, including factory bin, none of them works.

I have ViewSat, just check the channel Planet Sport & RTR it doesn't work. It had a lock symbol on it, look like it is an not viewable channel.

orasat even with the 'Globecast' bins for both pansat and viewsat those channels are locked out/encrypted, 1+1 as of today and the rest you've mentioned since a while ago, judging by the channels you're interested in you're either russian or ukranian, there's still UTR (ukranian) and Rodnoy and CNL (both russian religious channels which I've heard carry crappy programming). Looks like the fta coders have abandoned the Globecast in their scramble for DN. You'll just have to wait I guess and see what happends.
