I wish to take this opportunity to offer some reassurance to all you near crazed ariza-maniacs that since its taking this long for all the teams to test and re-test their bins before releasing them, my hunch is that once the bin is out it will remain un-interupted for a long period.

Dish network and others cannot afford to keep changing streams so frequestly.Sure they can...it's the lesser of 2 evils...if they don't spend money to change the stream so frequently, more will hack and receive free service...if they spend more money and change the stream often, more become frustrated and subscribe :) Either way, they're still "losing" money, so why not to frustrate people into buying a sub.? :)
