I have read the step by sterp for the armulator a thousand times i just dont get it.i get to step 3 and im lost.Steps 1 and 2 no problem.
Loaded the firmware-loaded the 102rom file.After that I AM LOST.
can someone take instructions one step further and explain them to a moron?

Try this. It sure helped me. Got it from another post.

For Dish

1. Update firmware with am19xemu_0_60.ebin
2. Write rom to Arm with 102FullRom.bin
3. Write EEprom from file with DishBin108.bin
4. Change IRD and Bk numbers in IRD TSOP to the following

Bk 06 c7 d4 ce 97 f3 39 d9

Where is dishbin108.bin?

load the firmware(from files section).
Load the 102fullrom(from files section) its an 96 kb bin file.
For the eeprom- you have to convert a 102 bn102 file to a bin file.
use a 102 image like: Hack_kid's Rom102 V5.5 - With V28G Blocker - With New Autoroll + New CW Fix - Rev 109 [No-RSA].bn102 that you have edited with your ird info using nagramaster or nagraedit, but when you save this file replace the .bn102 with .bin
or create the patch and right click mouse, choose rename and replace .102bn with .bin
Now the file is 18kb that you can use to program the eeprom.

The only problem its that this "super card"??:mad: is not working like the fta and atmegas.

and dont forget to change your ird info to the hack kids 102 file (its included in the read me file )

Can you do post (for dummies like me) how to change Ird and Bk on Dn 6000 receiver.??
