How would a person go about resetting their entire system back to factory settings? I have the Ariza 400 factory flash .bin and the STB loader but when i try to use it it says that the name doesnt match up. What should i put in to make it work? Thanks for any help in advance!

Open zup ultra then plog the recieber to power and loader star automatic after finish load active keys in 3rd line form top to batton remenber active keys.

I have what is supposed to be an ariza 500

It currently is in factory original.

When I look at the system information

Model ultra 400

v03.00.00 : v16.80.00

The company I bought it from insists it is an ariza 500 because it is silver, and the 400 model is black.

So when I use the loader ZUP program in the files section for the ariza 400/500 it says "invalid model"

I have a brand new null modem cable that checks out, but I did try it with a straight thru just to be sure.

Is there another way to flash this unit?

Did you turn the reciever on after, not before you start ZUP?
