I just fixed both my 510s and a 301.010 by opening the card in N2Edit and simply adding an "E" to line 9040 in the V22 blocker immediately after the "42A4" autoroll.
By doing that, you don't even need to update the keys, they roll automatically when you put the card in and reboot the IRD.

This is true but I've also read doing this leaves your card wide open for DISH to do anything they want to it? Not positive about this but it's what I have been reading.

I don't have a new version unlocker with the new-fangled chip, so I won't be able to clean my card after it updates to rev 107 or 108.
When I rebooted my 510 with the "E" mod, it asked me if I wanted to update and I just checked "No"!
I don't see what benefit I would gain by irretreivably changing my Rom 102 cad to rev to 107 or 108 because I'm watching tv now and have all channels. If I get hit, it fries the card, (MAYBE!), and if I update to 107 or 108, I can't change it or fix if unless I buy a new unlocker, which will cost MORE than a Rom 102 card.
Do the math! I think what I'm doing now saves me money!

The V27e & f do not actually put your card at Rev107. If you use the blocker all you need to do is clean the codespace and it goes back to Rev103. I have been messing with it a lot today and have not yet found a card I cant get back to 103. I let two run all night and cleaned them back no problems at all.

Also...use version f as it is being said that e will mark the cards.

and no the cam will not be streamlocked like stated above,,belive me,,i have wrote it and unlocked it about 20 times now.

Just clean it like usual...I used nagramaster to clean it back to 103 using my ISO...no unlocker needed.
