I loaded the dec 5th bin file and put the keys in , I still got no luck all i have is a little nagravision satellite flasing in te corner . Can someone help me with this please?

The bin you have is old. Go to the file section and download the latest bin, load it into your receiver, then scan both sat's, make sure your times are correct for your epg, and also make sure your decryption is turned ON.
