Pin 14 of 2313 atmel feeds 74H00 gate and stays LOW all the time.
As a result, gate output is HIGH and it is controlling 4053 switches the way that outputs going to CAM are at VCC all the time.
Can anybody with oscilloscope check what should be on pin 14 of the Atmel chip?
My Atmel is flashed with Newd13 and I have tried three chips and two flashing programs.

Sorry it took so long, I got caught up in other weekend plans....
On my unit, pin 14 of the AVR is also low, but this is with the unit idle, not glitching....
Not to sure what your looking for, more details would help in helping you.

I am trying to troubleshoot my loader.
It doesn't matter what, I am getting only ----------readings while trying to glitch ROM 102 from 811 receiver.
I have noticed that even the voltage on the output of LM358 op-amp is changing its value the output of 4053 chips stays at +5V all the time - means there is no glitching.
The reason for that that is the pin 6 of 2313 Atmel stays High and pin 14 LOW all the time.
The glitching script seems to work, it is detecting Newd13 flash, but it is to many variables to find out the problem.
If you say during glitching pin 14 is not LOW, and I am pretty sure the 2313 flash is OK, there must be some other reason, like serial port problem, CAM problem or hardware. I have checked my loader with schematic and everything seems to be OK.
CAM has valid ATR when I reset it in my ISO programmer.
It tells me ROM revision and provider.
Adjusting pot from end to end doesn't change a thing, except when it reaches zero (short) it crashes the script execution.
I just don't know the next step without knowing how the modified loader works (what should be on what pin during glitching and what is the sequence in executing script).

This is a post from Protech-equip. I was an avid member of this forum until I decided to damage the community and these very forums in several ways. One of these was by spreading unfounded rumours and lies about the admin here. Another was be editting hundreds of posts I made here with some useless text. The ironic thing is that I actually made a lot of money selling various pirate devices through this very website.
I could have easily chosen to email the admin and ask him to zero out the IP's or even delete my account but decided I would damage the forums and talk shit about the people here instead.
I should be ashamed of this but am likely not.
