Thinking about getting into this for the true FTA. I have an old 18" D** dish and LNB. Thinking about purchasing 18" dual upgrade bracket and another LNB from WorldWideSatellite. Along with an Ariza Xtreme receiver. Can someone with experience tell me if this would be a good setup to start with? Thanks in advance!

You may want to look at what sat. you want. You also may consider rain faid. with both of these in consideration you may want a larger dish. 30" min. could save you a lot of problems.

i,ve had both good and bad luck with the 18' dish,,its really depends on signal strength and good location of dish...dish 500's sometimes work a little better and no bracket needed and mounts two lnbs or dishpro 21" dish ,,,however bracket works good if signals is strong... and other alternative could be using two 18' dishes seperately...>>>good luck
